Orders listed as "Ready to Ship" are usually shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 2-3 business days. After shipping, delivery is estimated to occur between 2-5 business days, but may be subject to delays during peak mail times (i.e. the winter holidays). Faeforged is not responsible for USPS delays.

International orders accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Local pickup & delivery are available to those located in Lexington, KY and can be arranged by messaging me either on here or at @faeforgedstudios on Instagram.
Processing times on made-to-order products vary depending on the complexity of the product. Please refer to the product description for an estimate.
Faeforged is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.
Cancelations & shipping address updates are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement as I tend to pay for postage and print shipping labels the same day as purchase.
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of delivery as long as items are in new, unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom orders & clearance items are always final sale and non-refundable & non-returnable.
